Kind, compassionate, effective, therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
We might be a good fit if…
The voice in your head is constantly whispering (or shouting) “you could be doing more” “it’s not good enough” and “what if…”
You wonder if your sensitivity is “normal” and wish you didn’t feel so deeply.
You utilize every red light or traffic jam to respond to *just one more email*.
There's a stack of eleven self-help books next to your bed, but you still don’t feel like you’ve ‘got it together’.
You long for the younger you, who knew how to rest and play, and was confident in who they were, but have forgotten who that person is.
You find yourself revisiting distressing memories, conversations, and events in your head.
My goal is to help you move from “where is this coming from” to “what do we do about it?”
If you resonate with the statements above, you're probably already pretty aware of where your symptoms are coming from.
For self aware intellectualizers, therapy can feel like getting stuck in analysis paralysis. My therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of traditional and body based techniques to move past analyzing, get you out of your head, and into your body’s healing capacity so you can start to feel like yourself again.

Above all, I hope to help you feel like you're not alone in the mess that is being a human.
