My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from thinking harder (most of us have already tried that). I blend Brainspotting, somatic practices, and relationship focused therapies to help you tune into your body, calm a dysregulated nervous system, and gently process what’s been stuck beneath the surface. This means less analyzing your story and more listening to what your body has been trying to say all along—at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and deeply attuned to you.

Brainspotting, a powerful brain- and body-based therapy developed from EMDR, allows us to access and resolve experiences stored beyond words, and it has been shown to be highly effective for trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, and disordered eating patterns. I’ve received specialized training in this modality and use it within a warm, relational space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
